One of the best kept secrets in Atlanta is CYT, These kids ranging from 2nd to 12th grade put on amazing performances two times a year, plus summer camp.
I have seen pretty much all of CYT’s shows since moving to Atlanta five years ago. I saw Tarzan this past weekend I had the pleasure of seeing Tarzan as CYT’s guest. My opinions are my own though.
I will tell you right off the bat, I am a little biased. One of my son’s best friends played young Tarzan. So of course I thought he was the best. According to my son’s best friend’s parents, he was practicing jumping like an ape for weeks. The persistence of practicing showed. These kids got a work out from every show.
Tarzan is more than a love story of Jane and Tarzan. It’s a love story of Tarzan and his adoptive Mom, Tarzan’s adoptive Mom and Dad, and Tarzan and his best friend.
