Leanne Holmes, also known as L-Stringz, is a proud Dunwoody High School Alumnae from the class of 2016. At Dunwoody, Leanne served as concertmaster of the orchestra for 2 years, Tri- M Music Honor Society President, and became an assistant orchestra director at Dunwoody Elementary, Peachtree Middle, and Dunwoody High Intermediate orchestra.
With her passion for children, Leanne started teaching private violin lessons as well as pursuing her degree in Music from Hampton University. In addition to this, Leanne (under her business name L-Stringz) spreads her love and passion for music to children by playing popular songs on the violin to show how fun music can be.
At the L-Stringz Violin Camp, this two-week camp will serve as fun but focused camp to help develop and improve the violin skills of children that are rising/currently in grades 3rd -8th in addition to teaching other styles of music. This camp gives the students the opportunity to be stimulated mentally and physically through music via violin and musical games. Additionally, the students will have the opportunity to show the community what they learned at the end of camp for the finale concert on the last night of camp.
Parents will be able to drop their children off as early as 7:30 AM and pick up their children as late as 5:30 PM without being charged any additional fees!
