Creative Roots: Kids and Teens Beverage

All-natural ingredients beverage with 1 gram of sugar

By Diana Friedman Cole, Owner Publisher Editor Sandy Springs Dunwoody Macaroni Kid December 10, 2020

I don’t know about you but getting my kids to drink anything, but soda is so difficult.   Soda has no nutritional value and is filled with sugar.

I am so excited I found Creative Roots.  It is a plant-powered, all-natural ingredients beverage that features delicious flavors (Watermelon Lemonade, Peach Mango, Orange Pineapple, and Mixed Berry). It has 1 gram of sugar and additive-free.

And more importantly, kids and parents love it!

According to a study published in the American Journal of Public Health,* 1 in 2 kids is underhydrated.  When kids are underhydrated, they cannot focus and are not creative. Creative Roots wants kids to pursue their daydreams. Did you know kids who daydream are more likely to have empathy, have a better memory, and be creative?

Now to the important stuff: Will my child like Creative Roots?   HONESTLY, Yes!  My 13-year-old says, “it is awesome.”  She usually does not like coconut water, but the flavor of Creative Roots makes her enjoy coconut water. She wants to remind you though to make sure you shake well as instructed on the bottle. From her words, it is really good to get your children to try different things. Since I received bottles to sample, she is drinking at least one per day, sometimes even more!

My 15- and 16-year-old also really enjoy it. They said it is very flavorful with a slight coconut flavor.   You really taste the Mixed Berry!  They were really impressed that the two ingredients were water and then coconut water. Being teens, they are concerned about calories and they were impressed that a bottle (8.5 ounces) has 15 calories!

Not only does Creative Roots help hydrate your children, but they have natural- inspired characters (named Sploots) that promote health and wellness.

I was given complimentary Creative Roots and compensated in exchange for this review.   My opinions are my own.
