The Center for Puppetry Arts will host its second annual family-friendly Halloween event, The Monster Mash, sponsored by PNC Bank and Georgia Power. Twelve trick-or-treat stations will be set up throughout the Worlds of Puppetry Museum. DJ Willy Wow will host an Outdoor Halloween Dance Party for guests, and Halloween-inspired photo stations are available to encourage everyone to wear their scariest, silliest costume.
The event features a live, in-person performances of The Headless Horseman of Sleepy Silly Hollow by Frogtown Mountain Puppeteers of Bar Harbor, Maine, along with a Create-A-Puppet Workshop™ where children can make and perform with their very own Silly Cyclops Hand Puppet. This award-winning show features 20 hand-crafted hand-and-rod puppets along with shadow puppetry to create a hilarious adaptation of an American literary classic.
