Description
Lion Dancing began in China over 2,000 years ago. The Lion Dance is performed to ward off evil and bring good luck. The Dancing Lion is accompanied by a drum, a gong, and cymbals.
See the lion dancers up close as they move throughout Parsons Alley in Downtown Duluth to the beat of the loud drum song to welcome the Year of the Rat.
