CYT Atlanta, The Little Mermaid Jr Review

This past weekend I attended the Christian Youth Theater’s  (CYT) version of The Little Mermaid Jr.   I have been attending CYT performances with the Girls Scouts since I moved here.  I love the Little Mermaid.  When I was a teenager, I said I was either going to either have or marry an Eric.   Well I married my Prince Eric.  So you can imagine my enthusiasm to see the show.

Hannah Garmon did an amazing job as Ariel.   She sounded just like the Ariel from Disney.   Conor Korbisch (Eric) I was surprised to hear this was his first show.  He did a phenomenal job as well.  Ursula, the Sea Witch ((Hannah Valleroy), ) was extremely convincing.  My favorite part was the Seagulls.  My 8 year old daughter favorite part was when Ariel got her voice back.   My 5 year old daughter favorite part was when King Titan’s daughters were signing at the festival.   I also loved Under the Sea and Kiss the Girl when the whole cast came out.
