Review: UFC Gym Perimeter

UFC Gym Perimeter is located at 4745 Ashford Dunwoody Road Atlanta, GA 30338 404-445-8324.   They can be found on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

UFC Gym Perimeter is new to the Atlanta area and has something for every member of the family.  The gym recently started a kids program with classes every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.  
The kid’s class started off with stretches and fun games.   The staff was just amazing, they had a range of children from the age of 5 to 12.  They held their attention for the full hour, not an easy feat.     They all looked like they were having an amazing time.  My kids were not there due to camp. 


The kid’s class’s goal is to help your child learn self-confidence, coordination, discipline and self-defense, in a fun safe environment while burning calories and energy. 

But that’s not all, UFC Gym Perimeter is a full functioning gym as well.    It features boxing, kickboxing, and MMA classes; private and advanced training.  There was fitness equipment (treadmill) weights, and of the course the cage.  
 


Their classes range from Daily Ultimate Training - (DUT), Matrx, Trigger Point Boxing, Trigger Point Kickboxing, UFC Fit, Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, Private Coaching, Advanced Training, Advanced Training BJJ, Advanced Training Boxing, Advanced Training MMA, and Advanced Training Muay Thai.

No matter what your age, there is something to do at the UFC Gym Perimeter.  The kids at the end of the class were they “entertained, stimulated and exhausted.   Isn’t that the goal?   .
