Giveaway: Sprouts of Dunwoody

This week the Dunwoody Sprouts Farmers Market, opened up.   I had the privilege of going to the opening on Tuesday.   I had never been in a Sprouts Farmers Market before, but have been in tons of supermarkets and “healthy” supermarkets.


Sprouts Farmers Market,  is one of the fastest growing retailers in the country.  Sprouts offers consumers a complete grocery store experience featuring fresh produce, bulk foods, dairy, meat and seafood, bakery, vitamins and supplements, and more.

The store will showcase all of Sprouts’ latest amenities, including an expanded deli section with a variety of Boar’s Head meats and cheeses made to order handmade sandwiches a wide selection of gourmet cheese and fresh, hand rolled sushi.  New soup and olive bars round out the offerings.

The stores will still offer all of the core amenities the Sprouts brand is known for, including an abundant selection of fresh fruits and vegetables and barrels of wholesome grains, nuts and sweets.
   
In addition, the stores will boast an incredible meat and seafood selection complete with made from scratch burgers and sausages.
 
Customers will find everything from fresh baked goods to thousands of natural, organic and gluten free products.
The vitamin department carries thousands of top quality, sensibly priced products including vitamins, natural remedies, functional food, lifestyle support and herbal supplements.

The one thing I loved about Sprouts is the back to the community feel.  They are selling products from their neighbors.  Fly by South and Dunwoody Bakery will have products sold at the store.   

They also care about the environment.  The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) honored the Dunwoody Sprouts store for it’s innovate climate-friendly refrigeration system.   The store received a GreenChill Platinum-Level Certification during the pre-grand opening activities.  This is the highest level under the GreenChill partnership program and Sprouts currently holds two out of the four awarded to food retailers nationally.

On July 19, the first 100 customers to make a purchase will receive a coupon booklet for five free sandwiches.  Sprouts will hide 20 golden tickets on products throughout the aisles. If you find one, you’ll get $20 off your purchase.

Then on July 20, upon checkout, every 15th customer will receive a $5 coupon for a purchase of more than $15 the following week.

Finally on July 26, the first 100 customers to make a purchase will receive a coupon booklet for five free sandwiches.
