Fruit Pizza

Looking for an easy summer dessert for your backyard BBQ? How about a Fruit Pizza?

Ingredients
1 package of sugar cookie mix (plus ingredients required to mix the dough)
12 oz (1.5 pkg.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Assorted fruits of your choice (strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, mangoes, grapes, etc)
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp cornstarch

Directions
  1. Prepare sugar cookie mix according to package directions. Press into 12" round pan and bake at 350 F for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown. Then set aside to cool.
  2. With mixer, beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled sugar cookie crust
  3. Wash and slice desired fruits. Arrange fruit on top of cream cheese.
  4. In a small saucepan, mix orange juice and cornstarch until thickened. Cool.
  5. Spread cooled orange juice mixture over the fruit.
  6. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
