Slow Cooker Ribs

School activities, busy weekends - this recipe is perfect for a delicious dinner with little prep. Round out your meal with a baked potato and some fresh corn. 

Ingredients:
1 rack of baby back ribs
2 Tbsp of rib spice rub (any variety - found in the spice aisle)
1 white onion sliced
barbecue sauce

Instructions:
1. Rub ribs with spice rub, you can cut the rack of ribs into 3-4 manageable pieces if you’d like. Place the ribs standing up around the inside of the slow cooker. Place the chopped onion in the center. No need to add any liquid. 
2. Cook on high for 4 hours.
3. Remove ribs and finish on the grill for 5 minutes, brushed with your favorite BBQ sauce.

Serves 4
