St. Patrick’s Day Treats

By Beth Carlson March 9, 2017

These are the easiest treats to make with the kids! My boys just loved them! Who doesn’t love candy rainbows, marshmallow clouds, frosting as grass, and a pot of gold made of delicious caramel and chocolate?

Ingredients:
marshmallows
frosting
food coloring
Rolos (wrapped)
Air Heads Extreme (rainbow, unwrapped)
graham crackers

Instructions:
1. Add green food coloring to the frosting and stir with the knife.
2. Spread the frosting onto a graham cracker.
3. Bend the rainbow across the graham cracker.
4. Add marshmallow clouds.
5. Put the Rolo candy in the middle.
6. Enjoy!
