Lucky's Layered Lime Dessert

By Heather Wirtz March 15, 2018

A quick and easy leprechaun (and kid) approved dessert for St. Patrick's Day!

You will need:

  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding (3.4 oz) *
  • 4 tbsp powdered lime gelatin (3 oz box is more than enough) *
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • crushed graham crackers
  • whipped topping
  • sprinkles - optional

Directions:

1. Combine pudding, milk, and 4 tbsp of gelatin in a mixing bowl and whisk for approximately 2 minutes. The mixture will start to thicken and the gelatin should be completely dissolved. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least one hour. This will help the pudding thicken.

2. Just before serving, layer the pudding mixture, crushed graham crackers, and whipped topping into small glasses; repeat until glasses are full. Top with sprinkles and enjoy!

*Pistachio or any other flavor pudding can be substituted for the vanilla pudding and lime gelatin.
