The Atlanta Botanical Garden will reopen its Lou Glenn Children’s Garden on June 23 after being closed for more than three months because of the pandemic.
At the Gainesville location, the Ida Mae Pass Ivester Children’s Garden will reopen on June 30.
A new online timed-ticketing system that limits visitor capacity, as well as extended hours, allows guests to enjoy the Garden while maintaining social distancing.
The Gainesville Garden also will offer extended hours when it reopens Sunday, Tuesday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Friday – Saturday 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. The garden is closed on Mondays.
The Atlanta Botanical Garden hours are March 10 - October on Tuesday - Sunday from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. And from November - March 9 on Tuesday - Sunday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. *Hours may vary due to special events.
Tickets are available for purchase online only at Atlanta Botanical Garden with a timed entry for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests during a crowd-free experience.
