Explore the Madrigal's La Casita at Disney Encanto x CAMP in NYC!

December 29, 2022

While visiting New York City in December, we surprised our daughter with a visit to CAMP on 5th Avenue. This was our first time visiting CAMP so we didn't know what to expect. CAMP is not a typical toy store, it is a family experience company. It was truly a delightful and memorable family activity as we played, sang, and danced together in their 6,000-square-foot magical indoor playscape!

We are huge fans of Disney's Academy Award-winning Encanto and were thrilled to learn there was a movie-inspired adventure waiting for us at Disney Encanto x CAMP. Inside the CAMP Store, a magical door led us through the world's first immersive Disney Encanto experience and transported us into a real-life Casita of La Familia Madrigal!

We were amazed how La Casita came to life with stunning decor and impeccable details showcasing the beautiful and enchanting latin culture and a whimsical playscape. It took a moment for my daughter to soak it all in and realize she was walking through interactive scenes from one of her favorite movies. She was in complete wonder and awe as she explored each character's room and secret passages with her magical interactive candle. Behind each door was a delightful surprise, from storytime to carnival-style games to singalongs with live performers! My daughter loved spinning and twirling with the hurricane of flowers in Isabella's room and sliding into the town courtyard. She squealed with glee with the other kids as they climbed and slid through Antonio's rainforest. We won't talk about all the FUN we had in Luisa's and Bruno's rooms, you'll have to check out the video below! Don't miss the family photo keepsake and shopping in the gorgeously decorated town square.

If you are in New York City, bring your Encanto loving little ones (ages 2 years and up) to spend fun family time and make magical memories at the immersive and playful Disney Encanto x CAMP! CAMP's Flagship Store is located at 110 5th Avenue, New York. Plan ahead for your 1-hour immersive experience and purchase tickets online through February. Tickets start at $44, depending on the day and time of your visit.
