Haunt season is officially upon us, and NETHERWORLD Haunted House is open. With two new spine-chilling haunts, expanded offerings in its horror-themed, festival-styled Midway, a monster museum featuring rare movie props and a collection of NETHERWORLD memorabilia, and five epic escape room games, NETHERWORLD is set to provide visitors with nights filled with frights, unforgettable fun, and extreme entertainment.
This year, NETHERWORLD will introduce its PRIMORDIAL and CRYPTID CHAOS-themed haunted houses. In PRIMORDIAL, elemental beings of water, wind, Earth, and fire fueled by the energy of the gateway to the NETHERWORLD have emerged into our universe on a mission to destroy, and in CRYPTID CHAOS, Cryptid Creatures and nightmarish urban legends battle it out with the nefarious Boogeyman to place a new monster at the top of the horror food chain! Those brave enough to enter will encounter lively special effects, technologically advanced animatronics, live actors, intricate sets, and so much more.
Those who are lucky enough to survive both haunts will continue to NETHERWORLD’s Halloween-drenched Midway. Featuring various larger-than-life photo opps, a gigantic skeletal dragon, and horror-themed games, complemented by plenty of terrifying monsters and creatures roaming about. Visitors can enjoy plenty of food and beverage options, including mini donuts with tasty new toppings, hot dogs, nachos, gourmet popcorn, and NEW this year: fudge, pretzels, and bratwurst. Guests can also get their hands on last year’s fan-favorite, Dr. Octane’s Bizarre Beverages, where the sinister mad scientist serves up several flavors of tasty colorful non-alcoholic fizzy bubbling concoctions! The NETHERWORLD Midway undoubtedly takes the experience to the next level.

PRIMORDIAL: To prevent the Undying Horror from birthing an endless horde of hideous monsters, the gateway to the NETHERWORLD from which it drew its energy was diverted to a hidden universe of ELEMENTAL power by the Brotherhood of Rhomb. Suddenly, beings of water, wind, Earth, and fire began emerging into our world seeking to destroy all of the Netherspawn that had arrived before them. Will this battle finally end the evil from the NETHERWORLD or will all of mankind and the NETHERWORLD fall to the PRIMORDIAL power that has been set free?

CRYPTID CHAOS: To bring a world of living nightmares into physical reality, the dream stalker known as the Boogeyman needed massive amounts of dark energy from the unfathomable realms of its origin. Twisting and infecting the thoughts of the scientists at the secret facility known as the BOX, it tricked them into collecting Cryptids, creatures of myth and legend from all over the world and trapping them so that it could feed on their power and grow strong beyond all comprehension. But these weird entities fought back, transforming the staff into urban legends, and engaging the Boogeyman in a Battle Royale to place a new Cryptid Creature at the top of the food chain!
