Planned PEThood of Georgia is a non-profit organization. Their mission is to reduce the number of animals killed in the local shelters and to provide affordable services, not to make a profit. They keep overhead costs low in order to keep their prices affordable. Donations are welcome to assist with their efforts!
Simon was recently rescued from a kill shelter in the Atlanta area. We believe he came in as a stray and has possibly not had a family/person of his own before.
Simon (about 3 years old) is the sweetest boy, He was originally "frozen" and scared in his foster home, but has already made progress in just a few weeks time. He wants a new life of pampering and not worrying about the weather or where his next meal is coming from - he really does! But he needs time to adjust, trust and take it all in. Simon has not hissed, growled or showed any negative attitude in his foster home. He can easily be picked up and carried or snuggled up. He needs this and is thankful for it! He is simply not used to it.
Simon is looking for a person to give him love and time. He needs a quiet, calm household that he can come alive in. How exciting it will be to watch him flourish and show his personality!

Simon is negative for FIV/FeLV, neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations. He has a microchip that will be transferred to the adopter upon completion of the adoptions process. The adoption fee is $90.00.
