Planned PEThood of Georgia is a non-profit organization. Their mission is to reduce the number of animals killed in the local shelters and to provide affordable services, not to make a profit. They keep overhead costs low in order to keep their prices affordable. Donations are welcome to assist with their efforts!
Camellia is a special girl. She came to us extremely sick and underweight. After several months of proper care and love, she is a beautiful and happy girl.
Camellia was previously surrounded by hundreds of dogs. She loves dogs and is most comfortable with one close to her. She's not a fan of other cats. She will tolerate them as long as they are not constantly bothering her.
Camellia has limited hearing and vision and no teeth. She doesn't let that stop her, she loves to eat both dry and wet food. Camellia loves attention but does not like to be picked up. She rules the upstairs area of my house, however, she has no desire to go down the stairs. She is looking for a home with someone she can sit next to all day, and occasionally play for a few minutes!
Camellia will not be able to attend adoption events. Due to the severity of her previous condition, a home visit will also be required. Please contact her foster Heather at 770-990-0990 or email.
Camellia is negative for FIV/FeLV, up-to-date on shots, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. The adoption fee is $90.00.
Other cats are available for adoption through Planned PEThood of Georgia, a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization in Duluth.
