Planned PEThood of Georgia Pet of the Week: Avalon

By Planned PEThood of Georgia February 13, 2020

Planned PEThood of Georgia is a non-profit organization. Their mission is to reduce the number of animals killed in the local shelters and to provide affordable services, not to make a profit. They keep overhead costs low in order to keep their prices affordable. Donations are welcome to assist with their efforts!

Avalon is a sweet but shy girl. She was rescued from a high kill shelter where she was very scared. With love, attention and some patience, she has learned to relax and be comfortable and know she is loved. She enjoys pets, scratches under the chin and sitting in your lap. She likes toys, a soft bed, good food and playing with other foster kittens. She is an expert laser chaser.

Want to get more info on Avalon? Email or text her foster mom, Patti Pew, at 678-372-2494.

Other animals are available for adoption through Planned PEThood of Georgia, a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization in Duluth.

You can find Planned PEThood of Georgia, Petfinder page, HERE.  On Petfinder, you can find more information about the animals featured, or different kittens, cats, puppies, and dogs to bring home.
